However, most such health reports give minimal practical advice, and even when they do touch on self-care practices, they do so in a cursory and often confusing manner. This creates a feeling that there is always more that one could do to take care of oneself—by taking more notice of such information, making further enquiries and by changing one’s behaviour in a more concerted fashion in response to the latest findings.
